The iD Hábitos Saudáveis Program
The iD Hábitos Saudáveis mobile app creates a personalized and adaptive program for each user specifically, so this app will always modify your goals to meet your needs in real-time. We also try to make building healthy habits realistic by fitting recommendations to adopt healthier habits into your daily schedule and leisure time.
The app will guide you to achieve your health goals by providing you with recommendations to complete 150 minutes of activity on a weekly basis and a weight loss program to assist you in losing 5-7% of your weight. Don’t worry, we won’t be sending you for a jog in the park to start, but rather gradually integrate activity into your daily routine at your pace.
